Ability to scan all reports for specific fields

Summary: Hi - We recently introduced a second Organization tree where we have only had 1 tree since our initial go-live in 2018. With the addition of this new tree, anywhere we used the Organization Hierarchy fields are now pulling two rows (one based on each tree). Wondering if there is a way to scan all reports that are using a certain field so we know which ones need to be updated with the tree name. In this case we would like to scan and find every report that uses Level 02 Organization Name. We have a couple hundred reports created so it
