Unrestricted life event not processing
Summary: Client needs to end coverage under unrestricted life event. We are able to process the life event in a development environment as of any date.
But when we process the life event in production environment as of 3/1/23, it doesn't process, doesn't provide an error, just does nothing. If we try processing as of today, it will evaluate just fine. Has anyone seen this? The life event doesn't populate at all if trying to evaluate as of 3/1.
