Default DCS Users to Account Manager role

Summary:

Currently, DCS users are defaulted to Customer Self-Service User job role (ORA_CSS_USER), but we would like all users to be defaulted to the Account Manager Role (ORA_CSS_ACC_MGR).

The workaround that I found is to change SVC_CSS_USER_ROLE_COMMON_NAME to a role that would include the Account Manager role permissions. However, it seems as there might be a better way.
