Need A Dynamic way of setting Date Parameters to begin with the 01st April

Summary:

Hi, I need to schedule an OTBI report that looks at changes made to a salary from the 01st April to the last day of the previous month. For example the report should show changes made from 01/04/2022 to 31/01/2022.

This report needs to be sent out each month so I need the date parameter to dynamically change when we enter a new fiscal year. So when the report is sent out on the 01st May 2023 it needs to show changes made from 01/04/2023 - 31/04/2023 and for June changes from 01/04/2023 - 31/05/2023 etc.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
