Approval rule for Project Expense Reports errors out / returns the user named 'Manager' rather than the Project Manager

Content (required):

Basically I am not able to get the right approval rule for Expense Reports with Projects. I have defined it as per the below screenshots, however instead of getting the Project Manager, the "Project Total.Manager Username" THEN part is looking for an user named 'Manager'. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
