Various ORC customers would like to know where a historical record or CSP auto-triggered messages/notifications can be found.

Content (required):

I know that you can review the history of manually sent message to applications on the Messages tab of the applicant profile. But how can you get historical information on messages that were auto-triggered via the CSP? Those message do not appear to be saved on the Messages tab. Are they available somewhere else in the interface? If not, is there reporting available to retrieve this information?
