Approved Use Case to Default Worker Category Based on Work From Home Flag/Job Not Working (Yum/#27)

Summary:

We have created a rule to default the worker category when work from home flag is Yes (Y) and when the job family falls into one of our job families.

Our current rule is for the Hire an Employee page, but we would want this on other pages as well.

Even when we take away our logic regarding the job family, the worker category doesn't update after the work from home flag is changed to Yes.
