How to change the tooltip or popup text for a job application computed field column prompt?

I am testing the use of icons for custom job application computed fields. But what I noticed is that the popup text for that field would also show the icon prompt. What I want to know is if it’s possible to change the popup and include a text instead of the icon itself. Below you can see the example of what I am trying to change with the popup. I would like for the icon popup text to show something else, such as “Flagged Applicant” to be more descriptive. Is this possible?

I would like the above popup to read "Flagged Applicant" instead of the flag icon.
