How to access the task of Contextual Journey as a Owner
Summary: We have two contextual Journey on Resignation and Add Absence. In Resignation Journey we have a Attached with Task 1, the performer is Initiator(worker) and Owner is Line Manager. Now I want Line Manager to access the attachment for Task 1.
For Absence Contextual Journey the Initiator is Worker and Owner is Line manager for task 1 and for task 2 Line Manager is performer and Owner is initiator, now these tasks have questionnaire attached to them, so we want for the task 1 and task 2 when the performer fills the questionnaire the owner should be able to access the answers.
We have provided the task access under Display setting but still owner is not able to access the reponses of tasks.
