Can't log in to my account and can't reset my password

Hi, I can't log in to my account and I can't reset my password (I never get the verification email when resetting my password, and I don't get the spam email). I checked my registered email and found that I received an email from the system "Default email has been updated". Is it possible that my account has been stolen? The account is tied to my personal credit card and this could be a risk!
