Oracle Journey: No Dropdown List in Categories
Summary:
We enable the oracle journey tile in ESS, MSS, and admin. Upon creation of the journey using the line manager role no dropdown list appears in the categories field. We already add the duty role (Manage Journey by Manager) in Line Manager Role.
Is there any setup or configuration that needs to be enabled to show the dropdown list values in the categories field?
Please advise.
