How to mass "soft-delete" candidates from ORC to prepare for Candidate Data Disposal tool ?

Summary:

My client, based in France and in order to be GDPR-compliant, would like to purge inactive candidates (2 years old) from the database.

Content (required):

Hello,

I am following this "Set up candidate data disposal" in the Implementing Recruiting Guide :

https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/23a/faimh/set-up-candidate-data-disposal.html

I've also read some bits here and there about the process and how to prepare for this tool.

On the staging zone of my client, I have succesfully tested the process with one candidate.

I got that prior to using the Remove Person Information tool, we have to first "soft-delete" the candidate from ORC (and also if this candidate has job application(s), we also have to delete them first in order to delete the candidate). Only after deleting the candidate from ORC, should we run the tool Remove Person Info, to truly "hard-delete" the candidate from our database.

Howdy, Stranger!
