Same competency with multiple descriptions
Client wants to use a generic set of competencies but define their unique descriptions (based on employee level) and will be using one generic proficiency rating model
Our client is planning to have one competency section accessible by all in the organization. This section will have 6 generic competencies (e.g. Communicates Effectively, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving etc.) but will have different expectations/descriptions and based on employee level, they get to view their expectations.
Looking for options on how to configure them using one competency section with one proficiency rating model to meet this requirement.
