Federal TD1 shows 2018 form

Summary:

when we click the TD1 form , Federal TD1 shows 2018 form with 2018 value any employee hired after 2018, lets say 2020 their corresponding year TD1 form is showing up instead of the current year form.

Content (required): When we click on the Federal TD1 and Provincial Form it is showing up the 2018 values and 2018 Form. We have the latest 2022 data in the front end showing up , also we ran the 'Load Payroll Tax Information Canada' for the recent vertex update.

By Running tax overrides report (with date 2022/1/1) , we can see the Effective start and end date field in the calculation card changes to 2022/01/01, which is fixing this issue and we are able to see the 2022's TD! form, but the problem here is this process will override any value which is other than the default value for Total claim amount and Additional tax amount. So, now if we click on the TD1 form its going to show with default basic amount which is incorrect.

Howdy, Stranger!
