Potential Assessment/Rating Model

Content

Hello,

We are looking at utilizing the Potential Assessment in our Talent Review Module.  I am trying to build it and the business is looking to have

15 Questions

6 point scale for each question

Gives you a 3 point result.

2 Sections- 10 questions in section 1, 5 in section 2.

System generated potential score based on a summation of all 15 items.

Possible scores range from 15 to 90.  Score bands to generate each potential rating are as follows:

At Potential = 15 – 59

Solid Potential = 60 – 73

High Potential = 74 - 90

I am wondering if this is possible to build a rating model like this.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Howdy, Stranger!
