Can we setup two alternate resources but with same priority in Manufacturing Cloud ?

Summary:

We have an requirement to setup 2 alternate resources but with same priority. In our case, if primary resource is not available then that work needs to be done by two particular alternate resources and constrained supply plan should also use two alternate resource when primary resource is not available. Is there a way to set this up in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing cloud? or any alternative way to achieve this?

Please find the attached screenshot of our scenario. When we tried attaching multiple alternate resource to the operation with same priority then it gives error.
