ChatGPT and Recruiting Info and Discussion

There is a new article and more discussion on ChatGPT each and every day. This conversation is to discuss how organizations are dealing with the new technology and how it will impact recruiting.

We touched on ChatGPT during the most recent TKE CrowdCast and found varying degrees of awareness. It seems some companies have already banned the application for the time being. In our poll asking if anyone has had internal discussions related to ChatGPT, 77% of folks had not and the remaining respondents were likely hearing about ChatGPT for the first time.

The attached subset of slides from the TKE cast will give you a sense of momentum and some backstory on how it is being used. I've also thrown in a couple of points to ponder in terms of how it may impact HR and Recruiting.
