The payroll manager would like access to employee absence records to answer payroll queries. Ideally this would be read only but that is not currently possible and there is a long running Idea (since 2019) to develop that (come on Oracle, please do this!)

So the question is, what privileges need to be added to the Payroll Manager role in order for them to view employee absences records, accepting this would allow update access. We don't want to give them full HR Analyst or HR Administrator access.
