Filtering Job Requisitions by Location Not Working

Summary:

The JobSearch intent in the Internal Recruiting Skill is meant to be able to filter based on location. We can select a location and see the variables being set, but the filtered list is the same list as before. I believe that is because we are using the WorkLocationID as the main location instead of Location, but there doesn't seem to be a way to filter on that value.
