Alerts: real-time criteria based on eligibility profile

is it possible to configure custom alert that check if worker can receive a particolar bonus amount based on his information profile?

Hi all,

our customer has a different methodology rewards for different profiles.
So we supposed to create a different plans for each eligibility profile.

E.G.
Annual salary plan
Bonus spot plan
Allowance plan

Nevertheless, our customer want to merge and see the results of each plan in a unique view.

So we have 2 scenario:
creating a report that merge the result of each reward plan OR create a unique plan with many alerts/errors that avoid the line manager
