End of Service (Termination) Settelment

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 4 comments

Could you please advise is there is a way to automate termination of an employee to include below:

  1. End of Service encashment (Calculated based on service years)
  2. Leave Balances Encashment (Eliminate the balance and post encashment element ) What I am doing amount is terminating employee then post End on service encashment manually, then adjust leave balance manually.
