Can we define personalization based on job?

Summary:

IJP Policy is applicable only to the employees of eclerx, the tool is open only to the employee – and not available to the retainers / contract employees to apply. But it should allow Retainer/ Contract employees to work on the tool as part of IJP Team member. Can we define personalization based on job?
