Have noticed that Relationship Type - 'Candidate Standard' is created when an employee is hired through ORC.

Have gone through the document ( Doc ID 2876779.1 ) and understood more details that this relationship will not process pay but the question we still have is that Candidate Standard relationship Effective date shows Ongoing.
