The contacts that show up on the Internal Job Postings where I can I set them up ?

For example, if Only recruiters must be shown on the Contacts . or Both Recruiters and Hiring managers

and Can I also Add collaborators to the contacts on the Internal Job Postings.

The structure we have is like below (on all Internal career Site Jobs)
