Waterfall Approach to Categories (select 1 category which triggers list of 2nd categories)

Summary:

Procurement team is wondering if we have feasibility to setup a 'waterfall' approach to categories.

Content (required):

Waterfall approach would allow categories to be selected in stages. So for our IT categories the requester would choose 1st category = IT. Then requester would select list of values in second drop down (IT - Hardware). But second list would be dependent on 1st list - hence waterfall approach.
