My account went from trial to always-free and I need some help to keep using my VM which uses always-free content

My account went from testing to always free mode. I had a VM using always-free content, but I'm not able to start it anymore. It says:


Unable to start instance: Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.sa-saopaulo-1.antxeljrme5edayc6xsaqrhagukke4r2kg4u5szoco7bi23mb2nnmwi6c2zq is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.


But I can't contact costumer support, because "Your tenancy is not eligible for live agent support.". What do I do?
