Manual Duplicate Check

Summary:

I have couple of concern with regards to Duplicate Check. In the candidate job application , Action - Duplicate check page, we are able to manually search for the potential duplicate candidate based on Name/Phone/Email/Person number.

1.Does this search returns all the employees and ex-employees with the match ?

We are currently facing a issue that we are able to search for the employee in the Actions - Duplicate check in one instance but the same employee with the same assignment is not searchable in other instance?

I have run the ESS jobs that are necessary in order but not able to identify the cause of this behaviour.
