Display DOB and Gender fields - Job Offer Acceptance

Hi Team,

Customer want to display the Date of birth & gender fields while sending the job offer to candidate. On accepting the offer, the candidate has to update the Date of birth & Gender fields. They want the candidate response to be captured and stored in ORC system fields.. Do we have the feasibility to achieve this functionality?

Kindly note we suggested to have this field at job application level when candidate apply for the job, but customer want to display this field only at the job offer acceptance stage.

Please provide your thoughts.
