Summary:
Unable to Build the Manager Hierarchy for the employees who have gone through Global Temporary/Permanent Transfer post the HR Extraction Date.
Our Incentive Plan has the eligibility date from 1/1/2022 to 31/12/2022 with HR Extraction Date as 31/12/2022.
Our requirement is to build the manager hierarchy to eligible inactive assignments (terminated on or before HR extraction date) by using the new manager of the active assignment of the same employee after transfer.
For 1 level, it is working and we are able to achieve this.
Ex: Employee transferred on 1/1/2023 Current manager is E9900990, New manager as of let's say 1st March is E990039
