Not able to find Delivered Template for Payslip

Hi Everyone,

we are facing an issue where in Payslip is not getting generated for employees whose net pay is Zero.and we are using custom template.

after removing the template from the custom folder the delivered one is working fine.

So i was trying to find the delivered template so that i can compare it with the delivered one.Unfortunately even in the delivered Report i can see the custom template.

Please let me know how can i find the delivered template.Or if anyone can provide the template that would be really helpful.
