Requisition management best Practices to configure, create and manage Requisitions
We are a multinational company operating in multiple countries, We currently have very few jobs in the system around 60, So we have created templates for capturing multiple cases across the countries etc.
We have a change coming in the next few months, where those 60 jobs are going to be replaced and we are going to have around 1700 jobs,
What would be your suggestion as to what should be our approach to creating requestions ?
Should we use
1) templates for each Job * the country its used in
2) should we create the requisition based on a job (with which I assume some basic fields will be prepopulated, But for other fields to be populated we need to create auto complete rules)
