Change OCI username

hello is it possible to change the username somehow?


i tried to create another user under the Default Identity Domain and delete the primary user which is created automatically during account creation (and thats why the username is automatically and unchangeable set to the email), but it gives me an error it cant delete that account even tho the second user is an administrator as well

to mention, im in the Always Free tier
