How to export our list of Skills from Profiles > Item Catalogs?

In order to view/add skills to be available for the Talent Profile, you navigate to My Client Groups - Profiles - Item Catalogs - Competencies. Once on this page, we have the following view, but can't figure out any way to export the list of "Skills" that we have from the system. Actions does us nothing, and going into the "Skills" themselves gives no export options either:

How can we get out list of 29,932 skills exported out of the system? @Chase Wolfle any thoughts on this one?
