HR and Line manager not able to see employee's completed tasks in journey
Summary:
Hello,
we have a requirement where the line manager and HR are part of the checklist as owner and performer in various tasks in the journey.
when the HR or LM try to see the task completed by employee the tasks are grayed out and not able to see details of questionnaire etc.
Can any one help why would that be ?
highlighted in the screenshot below is a questionnaire type task which should allow user to see the completed questionnaire.
