Overwrite Job Requisition progress data

Is it possible to overwrite the information in the "Progress" tab of the Job Requisition?

Hi,

my question is because our client needs to reopen a filled job requisition only for process a candidate who has been (for a procedural error) hired without passing through the pending worker phase (he was hired using the "Hire an Employee" Core HR action, and his job application was inactivated with the "Rejected by employer" state). Now, if they reopen the requisition and process the candidate and then re-fill the requisition, the "Filled" date will change, while they want to maintain the prior date, as it is the effective date in which the requisition was filled (the one underlined in
