Can project Work Type be used to drive purchase requisition approval

Summary:

When we are configuring requisition approval workflow we can see Work Type as a parameter / dimension (ReqDistributionDimension.projectWorkTypeId), but when we introduce this dimension into our logic it doesn't appear to get picked up in the workflow payload.

When we do the same for expenses and timecard approvals and use the same / equivalent Work Type dimension, it does get picked up successfully.

Why is it not getting picked up for the requisition approval?
