Supplier question - Hint and attachment not displayed to supplier

Summary: When creating the question for the supplier questionnaire, under the question text section you can add a hint and attachment. I added both of these, but when the question is presented to the supplier neither of these are displayed to the supplier.

Content (required): How do I get the hint and attachment to display to the supplier? We need them to download the form and complete it as part of the qualification process. Screen prints of the question setup and what is displayed in the supplier view are attached.
