GL exchange rates decimals

Content (required):

Business would like to upload daily rates with four decimals and inverse rate also should be 4 or 5 decimals. User uploads daily rates with 4 decimals but system is creating inverse rates with 20+ decimals. We are not adding inverse rates in fbdi file.

Business wants to limit 4Decimals in both the places. Attached screenshot of the issue FYR. Please suggest.
