Cross reference plan & secondary hierarchy

Summary:

An update made by a Secondary Manager in Plan A, is not automatically visible in the Plan B (in cross reference with plan A)

Content (required):

Plan A has a column 'Total Variable' in cross reference with column 'Total Variable' in Plan B.

For information : Plan A has only a Primary hierarchy and Plan B has a Primary hierarchy and a Secondary Hierarchy.

Issue faced : when a Secondary manager makes an update in the column 'Total Variable' in Plan B, the column 'Total Variable' in Plan A is not visible directly.

We noticed that the Primary Manager of Plan B should make an update from his side in the plan B, in order to force the update of the column 'Total Variable' in Plan A. This is the only way that enable so far the update of the column 'Total Variable' in cross reference.
