Offer Management - Start Date changes

Hello All,

I would like to know how other clients handle start date changes after the candidate has electronically signed the offer?

Today, we have our recruiters create a new offer with the start date change to have the candidate eSign again.  TBE users, what is your best practice with sending a revised offer letter?
