Tenancy deletion error: Tenancy lifecycleState must be either Active or null

Over a year ago I tried to delete my oracle cloud account (following guides from this very website). On the tenancy details page I clicked "Request tenancy deletion" and followed the steps. After one year waiting, and an email confirming the deletion, it's still "active".

But apparently my account isn't in either active nor inactive state. It seems to not be active since trying to delete the account and checking my browser console shows me the error on the title, but also seems to be active since I can still request new free-tier compute instances and everything.
