Job Level Based Manager Personal COntribution Approval

There are 2 scenarios for ICP Approval:

1- Ist Line Manager -2nd Line managers ( Top participant will be Unit Chief if employees are having Job Level Below Unit Chief Max)

2 - For all employees reporting to CEO will get approval from CEO


Same Plan ID no other attribute to make a separate Rule for Reporting to CEO
