OCI instance public IP access - VPN scenario

I try to create a simple linux instance in a custom network, but I can't connect to it with the public IP. The setup is the following:

I have a custom VCN with 1 public subnet. This VCN is connected with the company's network with a DRG (the VCN is attached to the DRG).

With this setup I've created a new compute instance in the VCN. The instance is up and running and has 2 IP-s public and private. I've tried to connect to the public IP from the public internet via ssh but there was no response. From the VPN side the whole VPN setup is seems to be operational, from the company network I was able to connect to the private IP of the the VM.

Howdy, Stranger!
