Can PR numbering be deliver-to Loc./Organization wise?

Summary:

We have a requirement where we need Organization code segment in the PR document numbering. Is there's a way to make this possible as there are multiple Inventory Organizations under one BU and using BU as determinantal value is not enough to identify PRs.
