Restrict Recruiting Type while creating Requisition

Summary:

Hi We are implementing ORC for multiple countries. (US and Canada). We have Recruiting type created for both Canada and US. When a recruiter from US creates a job requisition, He/She should not see the recruiting type belongs to Canada in the LOV and vice versa for Canada recruiter too. Please suggest.
