Prorate Earning Element based on Absence Entry

Dear All,
We have a requiement as Fixed Allowance (coming from ICP) not to be paid when employee is on specific Paid Leave (Leave is integrated with payroll).
Example: Employee on Monthly payroll and goes on Paid Leave 'ABC' on 15th of Feb. Then Fixed Allowance prorated amount for 1st to 14th Feb only to be paid to an employee in Feb month.
We tried the Skip Rule at Fixed Allowance element with condition to check paid leave element exist or not AND rule is working fine and skips the Fixed allowance.
