Hi,

I have the client requirement where they want the Worker not to be involved in any section evaluation and only Manager can evaluate the sections like Competency, goal and overall summary.

While I am able to accomplish that, the Worker is not able to see the Manager evaluation when manager performs the share performance document task.

The client wants that Worker can only evaluate and competency and goal section but not the overall summary. Manager should only evaluate the Overall Summary and share the Overall summary rating with the Worker. However, if i am not having the worker as one of the roles, than Manager is not able to share his Overall Summary rating with the Worker.
