Correct Payroll Relationship Start Date

We had someone Hired on 1/23/2023. But the Practitioner entered the Payroll Relationship Start Date as 1/24/2023. And then we ran a Payroll for 2/3/2023. But we've since found out that the individual terminated on their Hire Date, 1/23/2023. Because of that bad Payroll Relationship Start Date, the Termination isn't being allowed on 1/23/2023. Is there a way I can correct that bad Payroll Relationship Start Date to be 1/23/2023?
