Include all Filter options by default

Is it possible to include all filter options when reviewing Job Applications:

By default only certain sections have the check mark - can all be enabled by default? The job requisition screen itself allows the end user to save a 'saved search', but this option isn't available under job applications - meaning that you have to go to the cog icon and select each section to add to the filter each time you go to the screen. I've been trying to see if there was a way to enable these in the sandbox, but unable to find an option. N.B. I'm only wanting to have them selected automatically, I'm not needing to
