Allowing users view only access to purchase orders, receipts, and scanned invoices.
For certain roles, such as Accountants and accounts clerks, they do not have view only access to purchase orders, receipts and scanned invoices. Is there a way this can be enabled without requiring an additional license?
General Accountants, Project Accountants, Cost Accountants and Cash Managers and associated clerks do not have the ability to View Purchase Orders, view receipts, or view scanned invoices as a default privledge for their role. However, they may need to as part of managing the financials, and handling customer enquiries. Have other organisations found this to be an issue and if so how were they able to resolve it?
